How
it works

We prefer to visit your company to discuss the vacancy and see the working
environment but we know this is not always possible. However we will need a copy of
the job description and person profile.

All the CVs are sent to a PO box or specially allocated email
address provided by ZMK either including your company name or not, if you
prefer

One of our recruitment specialists sorts the CVs and itemises them in order
of acceptance to rejection with informative comments

We also complete advertisement monitoring to check you are
spending your advertising budget in the right places

Suggestions can also be given to enhance the advertisement and the
media chosen to to increase the right response
·
We then create a mail merge of all the applicants addresses for
easy contact with the applicants to arrange interviews
·
A report is produced summarising the above clearly indicating the
applicants that best match the job description and criteria.

Recommendations will also be offered regarding advertising and
advertisement content

We can also assist with initial interviews if you wish.
